Shipment Tracking

How to Track a Shipment

You can track shipments in the following ways:

  • Tracking ID: Enter the unique tracking ID provided when the shipment was created
  • Dashboard: Access your shipments directly from your company dashboard

Tracking Status Meanings

Pending: Shipment created, awaiting pickup
In Transit: Shipment is on its way
Delivered: Shipment has been delivered
Failed: Delivery attempt was unsuccessful

Load Board

Finding Available Loads

The Load Board displays all available shipments that need transportation. You can:

  • Browse loads by location, type, or weight
  • View detailed information about each load
  • Place bids on loads that match your capacity
  • Save loads to your watchlist for later review

Placing Bids

To place a bid on a load:

  1. Click on the load to view details
  2. Review the shipment requirements and route
  3. Click "Place Bid" and enter your offer amount
  4. Submit your bid - the shipper will be notified

Quick Shipment

Creating a Quick Shipment

Quick Shipment allows you to create shipments without a full account. Follow these steps:

  1. Fill in sender and recipient information
  2. Add shipment details (weight, dimensions, type)
  3. Select delivery options and special requirements
  4. Review and confirm your shipment
  5. Receive your tracking ID immediately

Creating Shipments

To create a new shipment:

  1. Navigate to "Shipments" in your dashboard
  2. Click "Create New Shipment"
  3. Fill in sender and recipient details
  4. Add shipment items with weights and dimensions
  5. Select vehicle type and delivery options
  6. Review estimated cost and confirm

Managing Shipment Status

Update shipment status to keep customers informed:

  • Pickup: Mark when shipment is collected
  • In Transit: Update location and progress
  • Out for Delivery: Notify when approaching destination
  • Delivered: Confirm successful delivery
  • Failed: Report delivery issues

Warehouse Management

Adding Items to Warehouse

Store shipment items in warehouses for temporary storage:

  1. Go to the shipment detail page
  2. Click "Add to Warehouse" for specific items
  3. Select the warehouse and shelf location
  4. Set daily storage rate
  5. Confirm warehouse assignment

Batch Operations

Efficiently manage multiple warehouse items:

  • Batch In: Add multiple items to warehouse simultaneously
  • Batch Out: Remove items when ready for delivery
  • Inventory Tracking: Monitor storage duration and costs
  • Print Slips: Generate warehouse documentation

  • Wallet Top-up: Add funds to your account wallet
